Start using simple but flexible knowledge agents that help automate workflows in your knowledge base. Agents can be triggered manually or automatically by new documents or objects, and have access to to your knowledge base items.
Agents can be created as a special type of document from the create menu.
Global search across your knowledge base documents and data (other third-party applications will be available soon). AI generates a summary and highlights excerpts from each result after a few seconds.
The main notes workspace screen now includes a search bar and displays related documents in the Documents tab to quickly pull up additional context to view.
Create pages to organize your knowledge and data items. Add widgets from the bottom right of the screen to add documents, tables, or calendars. An assistant chat specifically for pages is available on the right side panel.
Load another document to work on side-by-side. Assistant messages are now also more reliable, showing statuses and progress during actions like searching.
Agents can now edit documents to help generate content or make edits based on your knowledge base.
Access chat history or click to create a new chat. Chat history stores all of your previous conversations so you can reference or pick up where you left off.
Implemented AI assistant to dynamically determine which resources to search for in your knowledge base. Assistant utilizes results as context to answer your questions. Toggle whether to use current document, freely swap models, and try auto-generated suggestions to get started.
First launch of the knowledge base platform that combines note-taking, data management, and AI agents. Main notes page UI provides a side-by-side workspace for documents alongside your AI assistant or data items. Aggregate data tables are available on tables page.
